Just one day after Beyoncé revealed her album title, Kelly Rowland has followed suit. The “Motivation” singer shared the name of her upcoming third LP with Billboard.
Kelly’s third studio album and first on Universal Motown will be titled Here I Am.
“I wanted people to know that this is the record, the sound I’ve been working toward… that here I am,” she explained. “It just connected with my heart and the music as well. It stands for everything I’ve gone through and thought about for this record as a woman. It’s very strong.”
The R&B songstress plans to select the album’s fall release date by the end of this week. She has been in the studio with an all-star cast of collaborators including Dr. Luke, Stargate, Salaam Remi, Ne-Yo, Rico Love, Jim Jonsin, RedOne, Tricky Stewart, Ester Dean, Rodney Jerkins, and David Guetta.
