Whoa! Where did this kid come from? First that Nas record was fire and this is dope!!
Liked him on the Raphael Saadiq track and his mixtape was cool. I just wish he wouldn’t rely to much on other artists hooks (Rockwell and MJ – “Someones Watching Me” and in “So Fresh” The Four Tops “Ain’t No Woman like the one I Got” and Marvin Gaye’s “Sexual Healing”) as I believe he has a great voice that can and should stand on its own.
I’d love to see him go all out as from what I feel he is holding back a bit on his recorded stuff and playing it safe and not letting his voice blow like he does on some of the live clips I have seen of him.
