After the unfortunate leak of B’s new album 4, three weeks in advance of the release date (June 28th), she has broken her silence on the subject. Read the message she posted on her Facebook page below.
My music was leaked and while this is not how I wanted to present my new songs, I appreciate the positive response from my fans. When I record music I always think about my fans singing every note and dancing to every beat. I make music to make people happy and I appreciate that everyone has been so anxious to hear my new songs.
While I’m sure she is upset, Beyonce is not letting us know it. At this point in her career, it is more the label and her business team that are feeling the blunt of this, as they work to dead any links out there. They haven’t announced if the release date will be pushed up yet or not, and I don’t think Amazon can afford to pull another stunt like they did with the Gaga release.
If you have already heard B’s album, what do you think so far?? And will you still buy it??
honestly…..we all know that bey can sing..so y is she belting on everything…thats cazy…its ultimate screaming and ab libs and it gets annoying…not something you can bang in the car…more of a personal emotional going thru it with a guy record. i wouldnt buy it,,,,just her name is gonna sell it…not the music!!!

I agree with the first two comments. I was very disappointed when i started listening to the songs. I know eventually they will grow on me and I may possibly feel bad that it leaked so early, but I have no intention on buying this….and I’ve bought every Destiny’s child and destiny’s child related solo album in that past.
Although not really a Beyonce fan, I always give her new stuff a listen. I’m usually not impressed but I fell in love with one song “Love On Top”. I would love to see her music take this road more in the future.
I’m not understanding how things get leaked. Someone intercepts an e-mail because their trying to hack it or is it some kind of espionage?
Everybody go to Youtube. Beyonce and Nicky Minaj are on a remix of her leading single Run the World Girls together. This guy name Fyuchur produced it. Its Hot!! Both of their fans love it
