Usher, who just recently finished his tour, stopped by Chelsea Lately last night. He talked about his fundraising partnership with Belvedere Red, which was launched to support HIV/AIDS research, fatherhood and dating with kids. Ush got extra open with Chelsea, flirting and stroking her leg.
