Anthony Hamilton made his way to Cleveland for his ‘Woo’ Tour over this Thanksgiving break. Not only did he feed the needy in Cleveland but he also performed some new music from his coming album. “Pray For Me” is off Hamilton’s highly anticipated fourth studio album, Back To Love due in stores December 13th.
