Canadian superstar Melanie Fiona performed on TV One’s ‘Verses & Flow’ a few nights ago, and killed it! She performed a medley of “4am” and “It Kills Me,” plus a brand new song called “Running,” off her forthcoming album The MF Life. The transitions were flawless. The soulful “Running” is produced by Salaam Remi and will feature Nas.
