90’s R&B starlets Brandy and Monica are back to make future history. The two powerhouse vocalists reunited in the studio last night with writer/producer Rico Love. Both ladies flew down to Miami to record a follow-up to their Grammy-winning duet, “The Boy Is Mine,” which spent 13 weeks at No. 1 in 1998.
“We have Both Been Blessed Beyond Measure..14years later,” tweeted Monica, while Brandy responded, “I love you so much Mo❤thank u!”
Monica’s seventh album New Life and Brandy’s as-yet-untitled RCA/Chameleon Records debut are both due this spring.
