Singer/Songwriter/Musician PJ Morton has just released his brand new EP “Following My First Mind,” his debut on Young Money Cash Money Records. The Grammy winner has written and produced songs for the likes of India.Arie, Musiq Soulchild, Monica, Ruben Studdard and more. Currently on tour with Maroon 5 playing keys and singing background vocals, he has often been referred to as their 6th member. As he works on his forthcoming album PJ delivers a taste of his soulful, bluesy stylings with “Following My First Mind.” The 7-track project includes a gumbo of styles, and multi-instrumental tracks, it also features heavy hitters Lil’ Wayne, Adam Levine and the return of Jazmine Sullivan.
