Janelle Monáe spent her Easter holiday at the White House performing for the First Family. The Grammy-nominated singer joined President Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, and their daughters at the 134th annual White House Easter Egg Roll, entertaining more than 35,000 people on the South Lawn.
“HUGE THANK YOU 2 The First Family for having me & my family here,” tweeted Janelle. The President is a fan of the 26-year-old Kansas native. “Janelle and her team are incredibly talented,” he said after she rallied for him at a recent campaign event in Chicago.
