Tweet has just released her brand new promo track, “Day Dreaming,” the first release from the songbirds new web series “#TweetTuesdays.” The Southern Hummingbird mesmerizes with her sultry vocal as she daydreams about the kind of guy she wants.
“He’s the kind of guy that will say hey baby let’s get away, let’s go some place…I don’t care / He’s the kind of guy that you give your everything, your trust, your heart, share all of your love til death do you part,” Tweet sings on the smooth Aretha Franklin cover.
Tweet recently signed a new record deal with DuBose Music Group under James DuBose, CEO of DuBose Entertainment. Dubose is known for television and film production, producing reality series for Keyshia Cole, Monica, and Trey Songz. It’s an Aretha song, actually from 1972, but yes Tamia covered it back then, so has Mary, Corinne Bailey Rae and many more. Tweet did an amazing job too though
