The VMA’s were just the beginning of Alicia Keys promotion for her forthcoming album Girl On Fire. The Grammy winning songstress lent her talents to NBC’s ‘Stand Up 2 Cancer’ telethon on Friday night. Seated at the piano Alicia roused with a heartfelt performance of another one of her brand new songs “Not Even A King.”
“This is for all the beautiful people, in my life and yours, that are fighting a war against cancer. And suddenly all that matters is love. I pray that we win,” expressed Keys before the song.
