On Tuesday night, Alicia Keys invited fans across the world to join her in the studio as she held a live session to premiere her brand new album Girl On Fire in full. The multi-Grammy winner even brought some lucky die-hards into the studio with her, and into her Google+ hangout to share their excitement and questions. Some of Alicia’s musical peers and collaborators joined her over the live chat as well, including Maxwell, Emeli Sande and Miguel. The “Adorn” hitmaker was surprised when Alicia invited him to join her on an upcoming tour in 2013! (that will be a show not to miss).
During the session, AK discussed each song, from the making of, to the personal feelings and emotions they have given her. “This album really represents a journey for me, a new time. I think it really represents a whole new understanding that I have in myself,” explained Alicia about the album.
