Beyonce looked classy and stately as she and her husbang Jay-Z were introduced during at the Presidential Inauguration on Monday in front of the U.S. Capitol building. The Grammy winner will help celebrate the inauguration of President Barack Obama’s second term by singing the National Anthem following his acceptance speech.
