While on the red carpet for the Essence Black Women In Hollywood Luncheon, HipHollywood caught up with Keke Palmer to talk about the making of VH1’s TLC biopic, Crazy, Sexy, Cool: The TLC Story.
The young starlet has been cast to play Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas in the film, alongside Lil Mama, who will play Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez, and Drew Sidora, set to play Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins.
When asked if she had met her castmates, Palmer shared, “I met with Lil Mama and I met with Drew Sidora, we actually had a little table read to get our thing flowing. I haven’t met with T-Boz or Chilli yet, but I leave for Atlanta tonight, and we start filming March 6th.”
