Toni Braxton has had one of the most storied careers in modern R&B. After many hits, 6 Grammys and multiple ups and downs, the 45-year old might be calling it quits on the music front. Talking briefly with HipHollywood Toni revealed her current frustrations with making music, saying she is a kind of falling out of love, or just angry at it right now.
But, fans of Toni’s singing can still hear her golden voice in the upcoming TV movie Twist of Faith. The Liftime film is Braxton’s first starring role and she couldn’t be more excited! Toni plays a southern choir director who helps a Jewish man find his way back to his faith, and in turn also finds hers.
Twist of Faith premieres this Saturday, February 9 on Liftime at 8 PM est.
