Keke Palmer has been pursuing music more persistently over the past year or so, with a newfound passion and growth as an artist. Last year, the actress/singer released the self-titled Keke Palmer as a re-introduction of sorts to her growing fan base and new listeners. Now, she is looking to further propel her music career by recently signing a joint venture and music production deal with Grammy Award winning producer Bangladesh.
“I am a huge fan of Bang’s production because of his innovative sounds, I am very excited for people to hear our vision together,” said Palmer.
Bangladesh, an accomplished producer, has crafted hit records for many Hip Hop and R&B star including Beyoncé, Lil Wayne, Rihanna, Usher, Brandy and more. Bangladesh and Keke have already started collaborating on music and working on new songs.
In addition to her new music venture, Palmer will star as Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas in VH1’s upcoming TLC biopic.
