Fantasia is less than a week away from the release of her anticipated new album Side Effects of You. On Tuesday night the R&B songstress held a hour and half long Google hangout for her fans to get a special preview of the album. Tasia spoke about her career journey up to this point and shared her emotions about struggling with industry BS, and being in the spotlight.
She was joined by producer Harmony Samuels, who stood up with her as they previewed and spoke about each record on the album, from the creation and connection to each song. The “Lose To Win” singer shared that she considers Harmony her Quincy Jones, and she always wanted to make an album similar to what Michael Jackson did with Quincy, and she feels that this is that album for her.
