Ne-Yo stopped by Philly’s Hot 107.9 Morning Show to hang out with Shamara and Laiya to discuss his free fan show and latest album R.E.D. During the interview Ne-Yo shared his thoughts on Ray J’s gossip causing song, “I Hit It First.” The Grammy winner was clear about his feelings, and let Ray know he thinks that was a bad move and that he played himself. Stating that it was disrespectful towards “the person it is not about.” Ne-Yo then went ahead and offered to write Ray a record himself.
He also revealed the exclusive news that he has reconciled with his past girlfriend Jesseca White, regarding the defamation of character lawsuit, and there are no more hard feelings. He claims that Vh1 did not make it clear in their ‘Behind The Music’ piece that he was aware the child Jesseca had during their relationship might have been another man’s. He stated that he was aware there was a chance, but once the child was born they both believe it was his. In no way did Jesseca bamboozle him.
