New Orleans native August Alsina returns with his anticipated ‘The Product 2′ mixtape, hosted by DJ Drama. The follow-up to his buzz worthy 2012 debut mixtape ‘The Product,’ which we premiered. The Def Jam signee taps an impressive cast of co-stars for TP2 including New Orleans MCs, Curren$y & Kidd Kidd, fellow Def Jam label mates Juelz Santana & Trinidad Jame$, hit maker/artist Jazze Pha’, ATL’s Roscoe Dash, and the multi-talented/multi-Grammy award winner The-Dream. For the production, August calls mostly on newcomers like “I Luv This Shit” producer Knucklehead, Cassius Jay, The Exclusives, Muziq Korner, and Spinz!!
