If it’s one thing we know over here at ThisIsRnB, it’s great music! Throughout the years, Hip-Hop artists have been calling on some of the hottest R&B acts to add the sexy to their tracks – and vice versa. From Nas and Ginuwine telling us “You Owe Me” to 2Pac and K-Ci & JoJo asking us “How Do We Want It,” the rap game has been collaborating with R&B stars forever.
One man who always delivered fire lyrics over an R&B laced track, whether it was originally his or something he was featured on, was – The Notorious B.I.G. With today marking the 41st birthday of one of the greatest to ever do it, we felt like paying homage to the main man who let us know, “Mo Money, Mo Problems” would always be the motto.
Whether you loved to call him Big Poppa, Biggie Smalls, Notorious B.I.G. or just Biggie, no one can deny the impact the Brooklyn MC left on Hip-Hop and R&B. That being said, check out ThisIsRnB.com’s Top 5 Biggie laced R&B tracks and collabos below!
