K. Michelle recently called up Colby Colb from Z107.9 Cleveland for a catch-up interview. As always K is open and honest about everything from business to personal. Of course she spoke about her reality TV endevors, but made an announcement that her upcoming NYC based reality show will be like a ‘Urban Sex In The City’ starring her and some of her girlfriends, one of which being Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Elle Varner.
“It will be me, a couple of my friends who are really doing a lot within their field, one of the girls being Elle Varner,” explained K. “[These] are my real friends, we go out all the time, she is real fun,” K said about Elle. “You’ll get to see another side of me, you’ll really get to see me when I don’t have to be combative for ratings or don’t have to be combative period.”
In addition the R&B songstress spoke about her forthcoming debut album Rebellious Soul, she revealed Grammy Award winning producer Eric Hudson (Mary J. Blige, Brandy, Trey Songz) did the majority of the album, along with Jack Splash, and she plans to work with R. Kelly on some records too.
