Kevin Cossom continues to show diversity in his style, with the new video for his second rap/sung freestyle. The Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter delivers his take on J. Cole & Miguel’s hit single “Power Trip,” in the black-and-white visual, directed by BJ Coulter.
KC gets lost in the flashing lights as the beat turns dirty, and then switches to a piano to further get his emotion across, belting out devotion to love. Kevin is prepping for the release of his upcoming single “Mind Eraser.” In addition he penned 4 tracks on Kelly Rowland’s upcoming album Talk A Good Game including “Down On Love,” “I Remember,” “Red Wine” and the title track. Kelly co-signed the new freestyle, “Check out my boy @kevincossom remix of Power Trip. WHOAA!” she tweeted.
