Trey Songz hit the mainstage at Saturday’s ESSENCE Music Festival at the perfect time. As like his performance at last year’s festival, the singer had all women in attendance swooning and sweating to his set.
Wearing a custom tuxedo, the R&B heartthrob make his appearance to an enormous applause, running through his club anthem “Say Aah.” The majority of his set to follow included his many sex ballads like “Love Faces” and “Neighbors Know My Name.” As time went on Trey continued to lose items of clothing, until he was topless, and threw his sweaty tank top to a very pleased young lady in the front row.
It was a night to remember for many of his screaming fans. Following his performance he made a special night even more memorable when he brought our Kevin Hart and James Harden in the press room. Check out our video footage here.
