Cash Money’s new artist Chris Richardson delivers an impressive cover of Rihanna’s hit single, “Stay,” live from his home studio, and ThisisRnB has your first listen.
The emerging singer/songwriter has been working hard on his upcoming debut album, which will be a fusion of R&B and Pop. Each track takes on a storyline we all can relate to, and reflects the journey through the past 5 years of his life.
Chris’ new single, “Why You Mad” featuring label mate Caskey, falls perfectly in line with the upcoming release. “[It’s about] a fight and make-up relationship, cured in this case by a shot, of Patron to be exact. Another way to say ‘just relax…let’s forget about what we can’t change and focus on right now’,” explains Chris.
