This is the news we have been waiting to hear… Kelly Rowland is reportedly plotting to re-release her fourth studio album ‘Talk a Good Game.’
In an interview with Kempire Radio, singer/songwriter Lonny Bereal, who’s worked with Kelly for years as well as on ‘Talk..,’ revealed that he’s written some songs with the singer, hinting that the new tracks could appear on a possible re-release of ‘Talk a Good Game.’
“I vocal produced over half of the [Talk a Good Game] project and we wrote two songs that may be on the re-release, that I wrote with Kelly and Jado,” Lonny revealed. “She’s back in the studio, even today, back in the studio creating new music,” he added.
Rowland’s ‘Talk a Good Game‘ debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 back in June, and has currently shifted 143,000 copies. The album has been led by the singles “Kisses Down Low” and “Dirty Laundry,” while her Wiz Khalifa-assisted song “Gone” has been announced as the next official single.
As Kelly prepares for her debut season as a judge on the U.S. edition of ‘X Factor,’ it would seem appropriately so that she re-focuses some light on her very under-rated new LP. As many before her, the national television stage is the perfect avenue to properly promote the album and or new singles.
