Uh Oh, Miguel has apparently learned ‘how many drinks’ it takes to get arrested for DUI. According to TMZ the singer mistakenly got behind the wheel of his car after a few to many and was pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence early Thursday morning.
According to their report, California Highway Patrol officers initially pulled over the “Adorn” singer while he was driving his 2013 BMW X6 for speeding and tinted windows on an L.A. freeway around 2:15 a.m.
During the stop, they noticed the smell of alcohol and performed various field sobriety tests, which he failed.
The singer, born Miguel Jontel Pimentel, also took a breathalyzer and blew a .10 and .11, which is over the .08 legal limit in CA.
Miguel was arrested for DUI and booked at a nearby station. He was released a few hours later after posting $5,000 bail.
He is scheduled to appear in court in September.
