August Alsina has been on the road heavily promoting his first commercial release with the ‘Downtown: Life Under The Gun‘ EP. Returning to NYC last week, the New Orleans native performed at SOB’s for Hot 97’s annual ‘Who’s Next’ showcase.
Prior to his set, Aug sat for an interview with HHRFD (HipHopReviewsForDummies). During the chat he spoke about his mixtapes “The Product 1 & 2” and new EP. Surprisingly the 21-year-old also announced he has a big remix on the way for his debut hit single “I Luv This Sh*t” featuring Chris Brown and Trey Songz. That’s gonna be big! Stay tuned for that!
