Drake brought some laughter and a live performance to “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” on Friday. The Toronto MC chopped it up with Jimmy while seated beside the beautiful Scarlett Johansson (or “Scar Jo” as he calls her).
During the candid interview, he spoke about the illustrated cover art for his album, Nothing Was the Same, drinking out of his Grammy, and his upcoming tour with Future and Miguel, which kicks off next month.
He praised his tourmate. “He’s absolutely incredible,” Drizzy said of the “Adorn” singer. “He’s like that guy that every single thing is just impeccable—performance, as a person, musically. He’s like one of the most well-rounded artists.”
He and Jimmy also faced off with Scar Jo and The Roots’ Black Thought in a game of charades. Find out who won…
In addition, Drake debuted his brand new song “Too Much” featuring emerging UK singer/songwriter Sampha. The piano-driven song is off his upcoming album Nothing Was the Same, due September 24.
He opened with a special message: “Before I do this song, I just want to say to my friends and family, I want the best for everybody and I love you all.”
