The Soul Train Awards Announce 2013 Award Nominations

Soul Train Awards 2012 - Show

The Soul Train Awards will be returning once again this year, filming the show on November 8 in Las Vegas. Centric TV’s EVP Paxton Baker announced this years list of nominees and confirmed that comedian Anthony Anderson will be hosting.

Among the list of many of R&B’s best, Kendrick Lamar unsurprisingly leads with 6 nominations. Robin Thicke, Miguel, Janelle Monae, Chris Brown, Tamar Braxton and Justin Timberlake all follow with 5 each.

The 2013 Soul Train Awards are scheduled to air December 1 on BET and Centric.
