Keyshia Cole previously revealed her plans to release a mixtape during a recent interview with our friends at TrueExclusives, and now the R&B songstress has announced the project is coming surprisingly sooner than we expected. Keyshia confirmed on Twitter that she plans to release the mixtape this December.
The currently untitled project will include features from a slew of rappers and fellow artists including Wale, French Montana, Sean Kingston, August Alsina, and she’s been in the studio recently with Future, Trey Songz and Mike WiLL Made It, who are also expected to be on the mixtape.
She previously announced that one of the tracks will be a remake of J. Cole and Miguel’s “Power Trip,” and she shared a clip of a remake of Drake and Jhené Aiko’s “From Time.”
In addition to her mixtape, Cole is working on her sixth studio album and recently reconciled with her former manager Manny Halley.
