Video: Candice Glover – Cried

American Idol Season 12 winner, Candice Glover, made her dreams come true when she won over fans with her lovely voice during her time on the singing competition.

Following the wave of former winners including Fantasia, Jordin Sparks and Ruben Studdard, the young star in the making has already jumped right into building up her fan base outside of her stint on Idol. Releasing her official first single, “Cried,” written by Jazmin Sullivan, the Idol alumni is preparing for her debut album, Music Speaks, due out on February 18.

The visual, which shows a love gone sour, has Candice in a black and white setting and shoots between a happy situation with a family, back to the abuse that is lead by the male of the relationship. Truly a touching visual, Candice Glover will be on our radars for some time.
