HBO’s hit comedy series ‘Girls‘ has returned for it’s third season, premiering this past Sunday night. The popular show will also be accompanied by it’s second soundtrack, which follows the successful first offering, that included pop gems like Robyn‘s “Dancing On My Own” and Icona Pop‘s breakout hit “I Love It.”
Entertainment Weekly reports that in addition to other new songs, the effort will include a brand new record from R&B maverick Miguel. The track entitled “simplethings,” is spelled on the track listing as one word in all lower case letters.
Previously, Miguel released the one-off song “Can’t Sleep Together,” as part of the 2013 Adult Swim Singles Program. The ‘Girls Vol. 2‘ soundtrack will land in stores on February 11.
