While 2013 proved to be the year that revived R&B, one artist in particular had a breathtakingly great year. For as many of her fans have been loyal for some years, others weren’t aware of her time in the industry well over 10 years ago. Yes, we’re talking about Jhené Aiko.
Having a standout year with the release of her debut EP, Sail Out, and jumping on some of the year’s hottest tracks, the Cali girl just keeps the good times rolling. Stopping by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, the beautiful songstress taped a performance that is set to air on Friday of this week.
Grabbing a hug with Drake – who was there to show support to his tour mate – and a photo with comedian Kevin Hart, the “Sparks Will Fly” collaborator put everyone in awe as Drake gave her congrats on a great performance.
Jhené, who’s album is set to be released in May of this year, will also be performing at Coachella.
