They say, when it rains it pours, and in this case, it’s raining down like an Ashanti video.
While news broke last week that hit maker The-Dream was in the midst of legal issues with his newest baby mama Lydia Nam, it wasn’t until this week that he turned himself into the authorities.
Today, TMZ has obtained images of Lydia during her pregnancy that show bruises and scratches that coincide with her abuse claims. Claiming that the scratches and bruises on her neck and arm are from an altercation with the famed artist last year. Revealing the photos seven months after the alleged assault, the stylist says that she waited so long because she was in fear of her life.
Still promoting his innocence, The-Dream states that Lydia’s claims are false and all apart of a ploy to remain in the Untied States. With a Visa set to expire soon, the Canadian can only stay in the country should she be a victim of a crime and needed in the prosecution of the perpetrator – i.e. The-Dream.
As messy as this sounds, The-Dream took to his Instagram account to continue his plea of innocence. Take a look at what he had to say after the jump!
