R&B icons Boyz II Men are returning this year with their 11th album Collide. Last week they released the questionable commercial for Wendy’s about their pretzel bun, and now they have paid a visit to ‘The Breakfast Club’ on Power 105.1 for a new interview.
Shawn, Nathan and Wanya spoke with Envy, Angela and Charlamagne about their incredible career, which is going on three decades. They spoke about the comfortable place they are in right now, being blessed to be able to only do what makes them happy now, which includes their residency in Las Vegas and upcoming new album. This time they are singing songs written by other writers which they believed are very strong, and unique for them.
They spoke briefly about the comical Wendy’s commercial, the departure of Michael McCary from the group for various reasons, Wanya’s previous relationship with Brandy, Shawn’s rumored affair and more.
The new album Collide is due out this September, take a listen to the new songs “Better Half” and “Diamond Eyes” here.
