Jermaine Dupri is on a mission right now to help restore a certain sound to mainstream R&B music, and he is working tirelessly to do so with Jagged Edge‘s anticipated new album J.E. Heartbreak Too.
Appearing overly joyed by the outcome of a brand new song, the artist/producer has taken to his Youtube channel to give fans a very early sneak preview at what sounds to be an incredible new ballad from J.E. titled “It’s Been You (The Whole Time).”
“It’s f*cked up the way people treat R&B music these days, if you ain’t calling a girl a b*tch or a hoe or cursing you can barely get on the radio, tv or anything, but I’m determined to restore the feeling,” JD wrote with the video post.
