Emerging singer/songwriter midnight makes his debut on ThisisRnB with a sublime, future soul masterpiece entitled “Adonis.” Produced by fellow buzzing artist Nick Leng, the title says it all, as the record emulates elements of beauty and desire with mdnt’s sultry falsetto and the light snappy production.
Setting the mood with his opening lines, “Do I make you feel uncomfortable, do I make you feel spiritual / Am I what you’ve been cravin / Let’s take the edge off tonight / Promise I’ma make you feel just right.”
An easy contender for the soundtrack to a late night love scene in a film, or any couple’s playlist, this record has us very excited to hear more from the Brooklyn resident.
