Trey Songz turned up the heat in Hollywood while performing an outdoor concert for “REVOLT Live” at the Hollywood & Highland Center on Monday. One thousand fans were treated to a special performance from Trigga, who served up his hits including “Na Na” off his chart-topping new album. One lucky girl even got to take off his shirt and give him a hug.
He also sat down with hosts Sib Vicious and Lawrence Jackson to speak about the difference between Trigga and Tremaine, which is the title of his next album.
“Trigga is basically a persona that lived mostly on mixtapes throughout my career,” he said. “A real Tremaine song is ‘Can’t Be Friends.’ Records like ‘Say Aah,’ ‘Bottoms Up,’ that’s that Trigga feel.”
