Watch: August Alsina Debuts New Song & Video “Grindin”

“I’ma drop this sh*t for the hell of it!”

Not even two full months after his unfortunate slip into a coma, August Alsina is back at it!

With the kickoff of Usher’s “The UR Experience” tour happening this week, August seems to have felt it was time to give his fans something brand new. Simultaneously dropping a new song and visual titled “Grindin’,” the singer shares his pain and struggle to make it to the top.

Addressing everything from the rumors to the now famous tumble, August lets everything out. “I had a lot to get off my chest. The studio is like therapy for me,” said August of the new single.

It’s been six months since he’s dropped a new single and we’re definitely here for this one. Take a look at the new video below:
