Congratulations are surely in order for Kelly Rowland and husband Tim Witherspoon as they welcomed their first born into the world on Tuesday! Born at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 4, the beautiful baby boy – named Titan Jewell Witherspoon – weighed 7.5 lbs, confirmed Kelly’s rep to PEOPLE.
Absolutely amazed at becoming a mother, the 33-year-old former Child of Destiny said, “We are thrilled to announce that today we are the proud parents of our first son. We are blessed to report everyone is healthy and happy!” During much of her pregnancy, Kelly made sure to show her joy by sharing many photos of her journey with her followers and fans on Instagram and other social media platforms. Also giving a stunning nude shoot in October for ELLE Magazine, the singer made everyone gawk with awe at how lovely she was sporting her baby bump.
In the interview with the famed magazine, Kelly stated, “I took a birthing class and I was amazed by all the things this woman was saying to me about birthing and what the body does naturally. Why wouldn’t you want to celebrate that?”
