Love is in the air. All over it.
With Christmas just passing and the New Year right around the corner, the stores are already filled with gifts and decorations for Valentine’s Day. Adding onto the anticipation (or shun for some of us) of the holiday, LifeTime has released a trailer for their upcoming television film, With This Ring.
Starring Regina Hall, R&B songstress Jill Scott, and rapper Eve, the story follows three single friends who vow to get married within one year after attending their best friend’s wedding. Based on the bestselling novel “The Vow” by Denene Millner, Angela Burt-Murray and Mitzi Miller, the romantic comedy follows each woman as they attempt to find the man of their dreams – or the one that will simply suffice.
Set to air on Saturday, January 24 at 8pm, the film also stars Brooklyn Sudano, Deion Sanders, Stephen Bishop, Jason George and Brian White and is co-produced by Tracy Edmonds and Gabrielle Union (who also makes a brief appearance in the film). Making up for the negative backlash of this year’s “Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B” biopic, LifeTime looks like they may have a good one with this!
