While the world is still trying to digest both the Mike Brown and Eric Garner non-indictment verdicts, celebrities are giving their own opinions in their own ways. Following the release of Alicia Keys’ single, “We Gotta Pray,” R&B crooner John Legend teams up with rapper Common to deliver the timely single titled, “Glory“.
Found on the soundtrack for the upcoming Martin Luther King Jr. historical drama Selma, the single has John delivering a gospel-soul sound to the lovely stand for justice song. Common, who also stars in the movie, raps about both the current issues in Ferguson and the past issues stemming around Rosa Parks.
