Funky fresh, dressed to impress – ready to party!
That’s definitely always the case with timeless artist Pharrell Williams. Nabbing yet another GQ cover for fans to marvel at his near perfectionism, the multi-talented producer leads the group of elite in the issues most influential music makers.
Sporting a stylish black leather jacket, white jeans, and some dope arm candy, Pharrell shows the many sides of his workhorse self. Additionally pictured sipping tea in a onesie while his hat sits comfortably near him, the magazine follows the “man that never sleeps” around the city of L.A. From the shopping mall to the studio, GQ gives us a firsthand look into the crazy schedule of one of the most intriguing men to grace the planet.
When asked why he chose to do the voice, the singer replied: “The ability to reach so many people at the same time.” The sought after producer also touched on his ability to provide other artists with hit singles. “It begins like an interview,” he says. “And then the interview just turns into music. And sometimes it’s not even talking; it’s just the vibe. The vibe paints the room.”
Pharrell also went on to answer the question as to why he surrounds himself with so many women. While many might believe it’s an egotistical thing, Skateboard P replied, “Women have a way of expressing themselves that I can relate to more honestly. I am a sensitive person, so I want to be with sensitive people.”
