Emerging Chicago based Alt-RnB group JODY have finally delivered their anticipated second EP ‘Oasis.’
Lead by the buzz-worthy title track, as well as previous single “Tired,” the 7-track project is an enchanting introduction to the group, comprised of singers David Robertson, Khallee Standberry-Lois, and James King, with production by Jeremiah Meece and Brandon Boom aka The-Drum.
Combining ’90s and ’80s influences with contemporary and futuristic synth arrangements the group will easily appeal to any fan of today’s avant-garde R&B sounds, and are carving out their own lane as an alternative boy band.
