August Alsina was back to good health after his scary collapse on stage, which lead to an extended stay in the hospital and even a brief coma.
But, now it appears the young star is dealing with personal issues once again, as he revealed to fans over the weekend that he had to undergo immediate eye surgery for an issue that was causing him to go blind!
Sharing the above photo on Instagram, the singer announced that he developed an eye disease that caused him to go blind in one eye and losing vision in the other.
So I have this eye disease.. Blind in my left, and losing vision in my right. In order to prevent my eyesight from deteriorating ihad to do this surgery. This shit is beyond painful & Life be throwin’ a nigxa curve balls but what I’ve gained from it all is priceless… A lot of things that are so natural to us in life (like waking up and being able to see) we can take it for granted. Thank God the OG for allowing me to see.. The good the bad the ugly, I’m just glad to see.
Thankfully it appears the surgery will be a success and the youngin’ will regain his normal vision. But prayers out to A for a speedy recovery!!
