New Music: Alicia Keys – 28 Thousand Days

Alicia Keys has returned with a new single, which accompanies her new campaign with Levi’s Jeans.

Titled “28 Thousand Days,” the new release – which references the average number of days of a human’s life span (76 years) – has A. Keys belting out some uplifting lyrics for those who are in need of motivation.

Cooing out, “There’s only 28,000 days / Who would you love, where would you go, what would you celebrate? / I’m tellin’ you that life’s too short to just throw it away / So have the time of your life,” she gives you the encouragement of a lifetime in just under 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Prepping for the release of her follow-up album to 2012’s Girl On Fire, Alicia has been in the studio with her hubby Swizz Beatz and Pharrell Williams, among others.
