Poised to breakthrough the musical hemisphere, the “soultronic” production group known as Columbia Nights has released, “Glide,” the lead single off of their upcoming debut album. Infused with infectious synths, hypnotic bass, and the mellifluous vocals of fellow DC artist, Vaughan Octavia, this sensual groove, embodies a state of euphoria and peace.
After the release of their critically acclaimed, EP Dusk l Dawn in 2012, the Washington, DC trio took some time to cultivate their signature sound, garnering well deserved acclaim.
Revealing that their debut album was patiently curated, the innovative trio says that it is, “a testament to the interconnectedness we all share and the power of music to forge those bonds… we formed Columbia Nights to help advance the art we love, and to challenge listeners to demand more from the music they engage with.”
