They say patience is really a virtue and The Weeknd is really showing that his patience is paying off! From the endorsements rolling in to a new album rolling out, the Canadian crooner has literally been having the time of his life as of late.
Adding to the high that he’s on, it was announced on Tuesday that he would be one of the first three performers to grace the ‘SNL’ stage for its 41st season.
Set to perform on October 10th as Amy Schumer is hosting, The Weeknd will more than likely give us another performance of his chart-topping single “Can’t Feel My Face.” Serving as his second appearance on the show – with his first being his duet with Ariana Grande last September – ‘SNL’ will be the precursor to his quickly selling “Madness Fall Tour.”
Scheduled to perform on the new season are VMA performer Demi Lovato and host, Miley Cyrus, while comedian Tracy Morgan makes his return to television.
