Following the release of his debut single “Get Home,” which featured Kid Ink and Quavo of Migos, Las Vegas native JR Castro drops a new track with two other industry pals. Titled “That Sh*t Go (Up-Down),” the new cut features west coast rapper YG and songstress Sevyn Streeter.
While YG kicks off the track with his freak nasty lyrics, JR comes in right after and lays down his need for that “good sh*t” on the seductively produced single. Sevyn, who combats JR’s lyrics with her own sultry verse, breaks all the rules laid out before her.
“This is a song about a battle for bedroom supremacy and it definitely looks like I lose out to Sevyn on this one,” Castro said.
JR’s debut EP You, which is executively produced by Timbaland, is being worked on now and he’s spending time in the studio with Wale, Future, Jhené Aiko, and Mike WiLL Made-It.
