R&B’s buzzing duo, Louis York, is back at it again.
If you’re a regular to our site, then you know that Claude Kelly and Chuck Harmony have been creating some incredible music together as of late, and we’re always here for something new when it drops. From their debut single “Claire Huxtable” to the follow-up “Good Drinks, Dumb Jokes,” Louis York has quickly become an incomparable duo in the genre.
Now taking matters into a more serious direction, the veterans have released a new lyric video for their track “Nerds.” Beginning with clips of slain teenager Michael Brown, the lyric video then shows images of protest throughout the country. Cooing out, “If Martin was alive now, would he be proud?” the pair ask the same of Malcom (X), Michael Jackson, and Marvin Gaye.
